Talk to the hand

I had a “happy accident” here, where I had previously built the UK flag, and was going to place it on his belt. Before I could reduce it’s size when I brought the flag into this illo, it covered the whole drawing. A couple of tweaks and a layer setting on “hard light” put underneath the lighting layers I had done on him, and voila!
